Orange rainfall warning up over Quezon; yellow over NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal

PAGASA raised the orange rainfall warning over Quezon, and the yellow rainfall warning over Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal at 11 a.m. on Sunday due to heavy rains from low pressure area.

With the orange rainfall warning, flooding is threatening.

Flooding is possible meanwhile in flood-prone areas in places under yellow rainfall warning.

Meanwhile, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and Batangas will have light to moderate rains, which may persist within three hours.

PAGASA warned the public and disaster risk reduction and management councils concerned to monitor the weather condition and await the next advisory to be issued at 2 p.m. —KG, GMA News
