Cloudy skies, rains over Bicol, Kalayaan Islands due to the tail-end of the Frontal System


The Tail-End of the Frontal System will be affecting southern Luzon on Friday while the northeast monsoon will be affecting Northern and Central Luzon, according to PAGASA.

The Bicol Region and Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of the Frontal System with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Southern Quezon, the rest of MIMAROPA, Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of the Frontal System and easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and the rest of Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorm with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon wind speed is strong and moving northeastward while coastal waters will be rough.

The Visayas and eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be light to moderate.
