Cloudy skies, rains over Bicol, parts of Visayas, Mindanao due to the tail-end of frontal system, easterlies
The Tail-End of Frontal System affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao, according to PAGASA.
The Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, and Northern Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the Tail-end of Frontal System and easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, and Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon will experience strong wind speed moving northeastward with rough coastal waters.
Visayas and eastern section of Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
