Cloudy skies, scattered rains of Visayas, parts of Mindanao, Masbate due to Tail-end of the Frontal System, LPA
At 3 a.m. on Wednesday, PAGASA spotted a Low Pressure Area (LPA) estimated at 210 kilometers south of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur as the Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) will be affecting Visayas and the Northeast Monsoon will affect Luzon.
Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro, Sorsogon, and Masbate will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of the Frontal System and LPA and flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but will have no significant impact.

Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms and flashfloods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon and Visayas will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The wind speed in Mindanao, meanwhile, will be light to moderate moving in the southeast to northeast direction as coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
