Tail-end of the Frontal System to bring scattered over Bicol Region, Quezon


The Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) will be affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon while the Northeast Monsoon affect the rest of Luzon, according to PAGASA's early morning forecast.

Bicol Region and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of Frontal System with possible flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Visayas and Mindanao, on the other hand, will ave partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon and eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon is moderate to strong moving Northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
