Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, CAR, Ilocos due to the Tail-end of Frontal System
At 3 a.m. on Saturday, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 185 kilometers west northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan while the Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of Frontal System with flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed in extreme northern Luzon is moderate moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain moderate.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
