Cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of northern, central Luzon due to the Tail-end of Frontal System


The Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) will affect the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon while the Northeast Monsoon will be affecting the rest of Northern and Central Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Rizal, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of Frontal System with flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Apayao, Kalinga, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with rains Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon wind speed will be moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
