Frontal system to bring rains, thunderstorms over 7 areas
The tail-end of a frontal system is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Rizal, and Quezon, according to PAGASA on Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with, at times, heavy rains.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon may bring cloudy skies with rains over the Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon as well as partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region.
Despite this, PAGASA said the monsoon has no significant impact on the affected areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country may also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Residents were warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
