Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rains over Philippines

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will cast cloudy skies with rains over the Philippines within the next 24 hours, PAGASA said late Sunday afternoon.

In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said cloudy skies with rains would prevail over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region.

Residents of these areas were advised to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, cloudy skies with light rains were forecast over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains should also be expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
