Amihan to bring cloudy skies, light rains over northern, central Luzon

The northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting northern and central Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of the country have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the localized thunderstorm with possible flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speed in northern Luzon will be moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to strong.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
