Northeast monsoon to bring light rains over 3 Luzon areas
The northeast monsoon is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region and the Cagayan Valley, PAGASA said Friday.
In its 24-hour forecast, however, the weather agency said the monsoon has no significant impact on the affected areas.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers may prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned affected residents against flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
