Trough of the LPA to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, Davao Region
The northeast monsoon will be affecting extreme northern Luzon on Tuesday while the easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country, PAGASA reported.
Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms because of the trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The eastern section of the country will have moderate to strong wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
