Metro Manila, the rest of the country will be cloudy with isolated rains due to easterlies, localized thunderstorms

The easterlies will be affecting the whole country on Saturday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed forecast moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate .
