Isolated rains over the Visayas, parts of Luzon due to northeasterly windflow
The Northeasterly Windflow will be affecting Luzon and Visayas on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the Northeasterly Windflow with no significant impact.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the Northeasterly Windflow with no significant impact.
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast in Luzon will be moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
In the Visayas, wind speed forecast is light to moderate moving northeastward while coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
Mindanao will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
