Partly cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila —PAGASA

The easterlies  and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said Sunday afternoon.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather bureau advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, PAGASA said moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will prevail over Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will be experienced in Visayas and Mindanao.

The PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City also reported a minimum temperature of 24.4°C at 5:50 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 32.2°C at 1:50 p.m.
