Easterlies, localized thunderstorms affecting Philippines —PAGASA
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said Monday afternoon.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will prevail over Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao.
The PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City also reported a minimum temperature of 24.4°C at 5:15 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 32.3°C at 4 p.m.
