Cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila, rest of the country due to easterlies, localized thunderstorms

The effects of the easterlies will be felt in many parts of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible occurrence of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speed forecast for the northern and eastern section of the country is moderate moving eastward while coastal waters will be moderate.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
