ITCZ to bring rains, thunderstorms over three areas
The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Mindanao, Visayas, and Palawan, PAGASA said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms may prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA said flash floods and landslides are also possible.
The PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 27.4°C at 5 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 36.6°C at 1:50 p.m.—AOL, GMA News
