Cloudy skies, scattered skies over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao due to the ITCZ
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan while the effects of the easterlies will be felt in the rest of Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed for the entire country is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
