In its 24-hour forecast, the weather bureau advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate winds and moderate water conditions will prevail in Palawan.

The PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City also reported a minimum temperature of 26.5°C at 5:30 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 34.8°C at 1:50 p.m.
