Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will be experienced in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said Monday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate winds and moderate coastal water conditions will prevail in Palawan.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will be experienced in Visayas, the rest of Luzon, and Mindanao, PAGASA added.

The PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City also reported a minimum temperature of 26.5°C at 5:30 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 34.8°C at 1:50 p.m.
