Easterlies will bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, Davao
The easterlies will bring clouds, occasional rainshowers to different parts of the country, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Palawan will have moderate wind speed moving in the southwest to south direction while coastal waters will be moderate.
Visayas and the rest of Luzon will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Wind speed forecast in Mindanao is light to moderate moving in the northeast to northwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
