ITCZ to bring isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers are expected to prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said Thursday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency said this is due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and warm winds from the Pacific Ocean called the easterlies.
PAGASA warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
