ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, Davao Region, Palawan


The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Caraga, Davao Region and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

The wind speed forecast for northern and central Luzon is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
