In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions will prevail over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao, and the rest of Luzon.
Further, the PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden in Quezon City also reported a minimum temperature of 25.6°C at 4:50 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 33.8°C at 1:50 p.m.
