Cloudy skies, scattered rains over NCR, rest of the country due to trough of Mindulle


The trough of Typhoon Mindulle will be affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the trough of Mindulle and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for northern and central Luzon is light to moderate moving in the north to northwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest while coastal waters will be light to moderate.

The sun will rise by 5:46 a.m. and set by 5:47 p.m. -- BAP, GMA News
