Odette makes 3rd landfall in Southern Leyte

Typhoon Odette has made its third landfall in the vicinity of Liloan, Panaon Island in Southern Leyte.

According to state weather bureau PAGASA, Odette made landfall in the province at 4:50 p.m.

PAGASA earlier said Odette is expected to continue moving west northwestward or westward.

Several areas in the Visayas and Mindanao are under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 4, according to PAGASA's 2 p.m. weather bulletin. —NB, GMA News
