The Ilocos Provinces, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains.
Visayas, the rest of Mindanao, and the rest of Palawan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Amihan.
The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country is moderate to strong, while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
