Amihan to affect parts of Northern Luzon
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will be affecting parts of Northern Luzon, the weather bureau PAGASA said on Saturday.
Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon or Amihan.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern Central Luzon, eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao is moderate to strong moving northeast while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
