Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, northern Mindanao, Davao due to northeast monsoon
The shear line will be affecting the eastern section of Mindanao on Friday while the northeast monsoon will affect Luzon and Visayas, PAGASA reported.
Caraga, northern Mindanao, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides during light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila, Visayas, and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorm with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon, Visayas, and the northern, eastern, and western portions of Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
