Shear Line to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, northern Mindanao, eastern, central Visayas


The shear line will be affecting the eastern section of Mindanao on Tuesday while the northeast monsoon or amihan will affect the rest of the country, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to shear line with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Northern Luzon, and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
