NCR, parts of Luzon, VisMin to have cloudy skies, rains due to shear line, trough of LPA

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line and trough of a low pressure area, PAGASA said Tuesday.

In its daily weather bulletin, PAGASA advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.

The Northeast Monsoon will also bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides are also possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA added.

Further, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will prevail over the Northern and Central Luzon, the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters.—AOL, GMA News
