Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Palawan, Caraga due to trough of LPA
The trough of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) will be affecting the southern section of Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Palawan and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the trough of LPA with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The eastern section of central and southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Northern Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
