Cloudy skies, isolated rains over parts of the country due to easterlies
The easterlies will be affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, according to weather bureau PAGASA on Friday.
According to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also cautioned the public about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — Richa Noriega/VBL, GMA News
