NCR, parts of the country will have cloudy skies, isolated rains due to the easterlies, localized thunderstorms
The easterlies will be affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Saturday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern and Central Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
