Cloudy skies, scattered rains expected over Davao, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, Surigao del Sur due to ITCZ

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to parts of Mindanao and Palawan, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, and Surigao del Sur will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
