Cloudy skies, rain over Palawan, Mindanao due to ITCZ —PAGASA

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to Mindanao and Palawan,  state weather bureau PAGASA said Saturday.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains, as indicated in its 4 p.m. weather forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the wind speed forecast for the rest of the country will be light to moderate, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. —LBG, GMA News
