PAGASA: Easterlies to affect Metro Manila, parts of the country

The easterlies will be affecting parts of the country, the weather bureau PAGASA said on Friday.
According to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. public weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau advised of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the wind speed forecast for the rest of the country will be light to moderate moving east to southeast direction, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
