PAGASA: Ridge of high pressure area to bring fair weather

A ridge of high pressure area will extend over the eastern section of Luzon, PAGASA said on Monday.

In its 4 p.m. weather forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast will be light to moderate throughout the country, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate ranging 0.8 to 2.1 meters.

Maximum temperature is 33.6°C at 2 p.m. and the minimum temperature is 26.5°C at 5 a.m., PAGASA said.
