Metro Manila, Visayas, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Saturday due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), PAGASA reported.

At 3 a.m. Saturday, the LPA was estimated to be located at 140 kilometers north northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan while the monsoon or Habagat is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas, PAGASA said.
