ITCZ to affect Southern Mindanao - PAGASA

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Southern Mindanao in the next 24 hours, weather bureau PAGASA said Saturday.

Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The whole country will have light to moderate wind speeds moving northeast to east, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
