Shear line to bring scattered rains over Aurora, Bicol, Eastern Visayas, northern Quezon


The shear line will bring scattered rains over the eastern section of Luzon while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Aurora, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and the northern portion of Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm due to the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Caraga, Davao Region, and SOCCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm due to the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms and ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The eastern section of Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters remain moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving n the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
