A Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies, scattered rains and thunderstorms over Palawan and parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Saturday, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

At 3 a.m. on Saturday, the LPA was estimated to be located at 190 kilometers east of General Santos City and embedded along the ITCZ that is affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
