PAGASA: Amihan to bring rain showers over N. Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring rainy weather to parts of Northern Luzon, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday.
 

The Amihan forecast means cloudy skies with light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms because of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters.
