Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.

The wind speed forecast for the northern and eastern section of the country is strong moving northeastward with rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
