Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and rain showers over parts of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for extreme Northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving in the east to southeast direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction and slight to moderate coastal waters.
