Easterlies bring cloudy skies, rain on PH - PAGASA

The easterlies continue to affect the Philippines, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday afternoon.
Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region are expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.The combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms may also cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters may be felt in Extreme Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be experienced over the rest of the country.
