Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rain over north, east Luzon areas
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) would bring cloudy skies and rain over northern and eastern Luzon while the easterlies would affect the rest of the country, state weather service PAGASA said on Sunday.
According to PAGASA's 4 p.m. forecast, the Amihan would bring cloudy skies with rains over the Bicol Region.
Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains were expected.
The Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon would experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the Amihan, but with no significant impact expected.
The Amihan may also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.
Meanwhile, the easterlies and localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the rest of the country.

Luzon would have moderate to strong winds moving northeast, with coastal waters expected to be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country would have light to moderate winds moving northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters
