Scattered rain expected over Aurora, north Quezon

Aurora and northern Quezon province could expect cloudy conditions accompanied by scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Easterlies, weather service PAGASA said in a Friday afternoon forecast.

Meanwhile, the Ilocos, Cordillera Administrative, and Cagayan Valley Regions could expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

The rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies and isolated thunderstorms.

Winds over the northern and eastern sections of the country would be moderate to strong, with coastal conditions expected to be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of the country, winds would be light to moderate with slight to moderate coastal waters.
