Amihan to bring rain, cloudy conditions over north Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan would bring cloudy conditions and rain over the Batanes, Kalinga, Apayao, and Cagayan, weather service PAGASA said in a Tuesday afternoon forecast.

The Amihan would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain over the Ilocos Region, and the rest of the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Regions.

The rest of the country could meanwhile expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Winds would be moderate to strong over Northern Luzon, where coastal conditions would be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of the country, winds would be light to moderate with slight to moderate coastal waters.
